Juz ‘Amma is the 30th and final section (juz) of the Qur’an, starting from Surah An-Naba’ (78) to Surah An-Nas (114). It’s the most commonly memorized part of the Qur’an, especially for kids and beginners, due to its short and powerful surahs.
Tajweed (تَجوِيد) means “to make better” or “to beautify.” In the context of the Qur’an, it refers to the rules of pronunciation when reciting the Qur’an to ensure clarity, beauty, and correctness—just as the Prophet Muhammad ﷺ recited it.
